ESI Registration (Employee State Insurance)
Register your business under the ESIC. Provide comprehensive medical, sickness, and maternity benefits to your workforce.
Overview
The Employees' State Insurance (ESI) scheme is a self-financing social security and health insurance plan for Indian workers. Registration under the ESI Act is mandatory for factories and commercial establishments (shops, hotels, restaurants, transport undertakings) employing 10 or more persons (20 in some states). The scheme provides full medical care to the employee and their dependents, as well as cash benefits during sickness, maternity, and employment injury. The employer contributes 3.25% and the employee contributes 0.75% of the wages.
