Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration
Combine the limited liability of a company with the operational flexibility of a partnership. Perfect for professional services and agencies.
Overview
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a modern corporate vehicle governed by the LLP Act, 2008. It offers a hybrid structure: partners are shielded from the liabilities of the firm (unlike traditional partnerships), and the business enjoys fewer statutory compliances than a Private Limited Company (no mandatory board meetings or complex audits). It is globally recognized and highly preferred by professional service providers, consultants, tech agencies, and family-owned businesses.

Limited Liability
Partners are not personally liable for the debts of the LLP. Furthermore, one partner is not responsible for the negligence or misconduct of another partner.
Lower Compliance Cost
LLPs have significantly fewer annual filing requirements compared to Pvt Ltd companies, vastly reducing annual auditor and CS fees.
No Dividend Distribution Tax
Profits can be distributed directly to partners without attracting additional Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT).
No Minimum Capital Requirement
An LLP can be formed with any amount of capital. There is no statutory minimum contribution required.
