Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Code Registration
Obtain your 20-character global alphanumeric code required by the RBI for large corporate borrowings and cross-border transactions.
Overview
The Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is a global 20-character alphanumeric code used to uniquely identify parties engaging in financial transactions worldwide. In India, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has made it mandatory for companies taking total fund-based and non-fund-based credit exposure of Rs. 5 Crores and above from banks, and for entities undertaking cross-border transactions of Rs. 50 Crores and above. It is designed to improve transparency in financial data systems and monitor systemic risks.

Seamless Forex Transactions
Essential for executing large cross-border remittances (import/export payments) smoothly without RBI holds.
Global Corporate Credibility
Having an LEI places your company in the Global LEI System database, enhancing credibility with international suppliers and investors.
